About the Role
As a Flavorist Trainee, you’ll:
- Learn the art and science behind flavor creation.
- Understand business functions across production, quality, marketing & sensory insights.
- Work on real projects from concept to production.
- Gain structured learning in natural ingredients & aroma chemicals.
- Collaborate in a dynamic, purpose-driven team environment.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Flavors or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong communication, creativity, and sensory awareness.
- A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
