What You’ll Do:
- Create and develop innovative, winning sweet flavors.
- Evaluate raw materials and pioneer new taste solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with customers to deliver impactful flavor experiences.
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive product innovation.
- Be a key contributor in strategy, customer partnerships, and technical leadership.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Food Tech, or Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years in the flavor industry with deep knowledge in the Sweet category.
- Expertise in flavor creation, raw materials, and application processes.
- Strong customer focus, creativity, and project leadership skills.
