Flavorist – Sweet | IFF
Are you a creative innovator in the flavor industry with a passion for sweet taste experiences? IFF is looking for a talented Flavorist to join our Creation & Design (C&D) team in Gurugram.
If you have 10+ years of experience in flavor creation, a strong grasp of raw materials and sweet product trends, and the ability to work across teams to deliver innovative flavor solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Create and develop winning sweet flavors in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate new raw materials and explore their creative potential
- Partner with internal and external customers to deliver technical expertise
- Lead flavor projects from concept to commercialization
- Stay ahead of regional taste trends and consumer preferences
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of sweet flavors and strong B2B/B2C experience
- Strong presentation, teamwork, and project management skills
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and customer success
