Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and as part of teams to create new flavors, collaborating with internal and external customers.
- Evaluate new raw materials and assess their potential for future use in flavor creation.
- Leverage IFF technologies to develop innovative flavor solutions and drive the use of new technologies.
- Build strong partnerships with both internal and external customers, providing technical expertise and creativity.
- Ensure smooth development and commercialization of flavors, working closely with manufacturing and operations teams.
- Understand regional market preferences and foster cross-category collaboration to deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the flavor industry, with a focus on sweet flavor creation and applications.
- Expertise in flavor creation techniques and strong knowledge of the sweet products market.
- Experience in B2B environments and a proven track record of leading technical projects and building customer relationships.
- Strong teamwork, project management, and time management skills.
