Salary: ₹5–6 LPA + 12% Variable Pay
Travelling: Required
Communication Skills: Very Good
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to front-line and store teams.
- Monitor performance post-training and provide on-ground coaching.
- Assist in designing and updating training materials, SOPs, and modules.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams for smooth training implementation.
- Drive adherence to company standards and enhance customer service levels.
