Nature of the Job:
Join our team as a Field Technician and engage in day-to-day field activities related to DP and electrical issues. Provide on-site technical support and ensure timely calibration of milk analyzers and weight scales.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular field visits to address DP and electrical issues promptly.
2. Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs as necessary.
3. Provide technical support to customers on-site, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any concerns.
4. Calibrate milk analyzers and weight scales accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Document all field activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions implemented, and customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
8. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations while performing field duties.
9. Maintain effective communication with the team and management regarding job status and customer feedback.

10. Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence in service delivery.
