Role Overview:
As a Sanitation Manager, you’ll implement and uphold hygiene and sanitation standards at Ferrero’s Baramati Production Plant. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead training programs, and drive continuous improvement projects for a rewarding career at Ferrero.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards across the production plant.
- Develop and implement Master Sanitation Schedule and SOPs aligned with Ferrero Quality Guidelines.
- Conduct cleaning validations and lead training on hygiene and production facility design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for effective Environmental Monitoring Program implementation.
- Manage sanitation budget, control expenses, and make strategic purchases for overall plant hygiene.
Qualifications:
- Educ ation: Post-graduate in Microbiology/Food Science/Hygiene & Sanitation/Food Technology.
- Experience: 4-7 years.
