Myfroyoland is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our store operations across India.

F&B Operations Manager-Myfroyoland Frozen Yogurt
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store and office operations
Conduct regular audits and ensure SOP compliance
Collaborate with franchise partners and internal teams
Implement strategies for operational efficiency and sales growth
Travel extensively across India to ensure store alignment and support new launches
Provide training and performance guidance to store teams
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience in retail/F&B operations
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with sales reports, consumption sheets, and inventory systems
Willingness to travel pan-India
MBA or related qualification is a plus
