AJA Honestly Good Food is on a mission to redefine premium healthy dining in India. Rooted in wellness, flavor, and thoughtful design, we’re a fast-growing F&B brand with two successful outlets and a third opening soon.
We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and values-driven F&B Operations Head to lead and scale our operations across Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee operations of multiple outlets and a central kitchen
- Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive operational excellence and ensure SOPs, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Optimize P&L, reduce wastage, and improve food and labor cost efficiencies
- Collabor ate cross-functionally with culinary, marketing, and finance teams
- Report regularly to the CEO with data-driven insights
- Elevate service standards through training and beverage program development
What You Bring
- 6+ years in F&B operations, ideally in premium casual or healthy dining
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or regions
- Strong leadership, team-building, and cost-control skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
- Passion for wellness, food, and hospitality excellence
