OPEN POSITION: Farm Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily farm operations with precision and efficiency
- Execute crop planning, planting, and harvesting schedules
- Manage labor, equipment, and resources effectively
- Monitor crop health and implement pest/disease control measures
- Ensure compliance with export quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of activities and inputs
- Supervise farm budgets and drive cost-effective practices
- Stay updated with the latest agricultural trends
- Continuously improve yield and operational efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (mandatory)
- 7–10 years of farm management experience (export-oriented preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds & crop nutrition
- Experience in Agri-input industry is a plus
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work independently
- Willingness to work in field conditions and travel as needed
