Mother’s Foods is on the lookout for a dynamic Factory Manager to lead and elevate our production operations. If you’re passionate about quality, efficiency, and food safety—and ready to drive results on the ground—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production, maintenance, quality control & dispatch
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety norms (GMP, FSSAI)
- Optimize resource use and meet daily output goals
- Collaborate across departments for seamless factory performance
- Lead factory staff with discipline and a continuous improvement mindset
- Analyze KPIs to drive operational excellence
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Food Engineering
- 7–10 years’ experience in FMCG/Food/Agro sector
- Strong team leadership (50+ workforce), production scheduling, and maintenance know-how
- ERP proficiency, strategic thinking & a results-driven mindset
