We are currently hiring a Factory Manager for our Jaipur location.
Experience Required: 9-12 years as a Factory Manager
Salary: As per industry standard
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production processes
Manage and supervise factory staff to ensure optimal performance
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Monitor production targets, maintain inventory levels, and manage resources effectively
Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost reduction
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for seamless operations
Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, quality control, and maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory guidelines
