Now Hiring: Factory Head – Ice Cream (FMCG)
Location: Karnataka / Andhra Pradesh
Our client is seeking an accomplished Factory Head to lead their Ice Cream manufacturing plant — driving operational excellence, product quality, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain coordination.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to maintain product consistency and compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory norms.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
Collaborate with R&D and procurement teams for new product launches
Ensure maintenance and uptime of all equipment and utilities through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Maintain high standards of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Factory Head – Ice Cream (FMCG)
Requirements:
12+ years of experience in FMCG factory operations (Ice Cream industry only)
Proven expertise in production, quality, and maintenance systems
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities
