JAM Food & Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and results-driven Factory Head / Head of Operations – Food Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities: Lead overall manufacturing & plant operations
Achieve production targets and improve line efficiency
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000 & GMP
Oversee machinery maintenance, utilities & equipment availability
Drive yield optimization and minimize material wastage
Manage quality and product consistency
Coordinate supply chain, procurement & inventory
Lead Production, QA, Maintenance & Warehouse teams
Manage plant budgets, OEE, unit cost & yield-loss KPIs
Key Requirements: • Degree in Food Technology, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Operations Management or related field
• 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing/FMCG
• 3–5 years in a plant-wide leadership role
• Strong knowledge of automated production, packaging machinery, hygienic design & food safety standards
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving & budget management skills
