As an Executive Tea Taster, your responsibilities will include:
Evaluating Tea Quality: Assess the quality, flavor, aroma, and appearance of various tea leaves and blends to meet our high standards and specific taste profiles.
Flavor Differentiation: Identify unique tea characteristics, recommend brewing methods, and provide expert advice to achieve distinct tastes.
Blend Development: Collaborate in the creation of new blends and enhance existing ones to ensure consistency and excellence in our products.
Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging tea variants to guide product development.
Procurement and Classification: Source, categorize, and classify tea leaves, ensuring quality control throughout the production process.
