Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Department
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and quality-focused individual for our Quality Department. Candidates with experience in food production—especially peanut butter manufacturing—will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tests and inspections.
- Support quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
For Sr. Executive
- Experience: 3–4 years in food industry quality assurance (peanut butter or similar products preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent communication.
For Executive
- Experience: 1–2 years in quality assurance within the food industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Skills: Good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
