Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance (R&D & NPD)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Job Requirements:
- Product Development & Trials (Confectionery)
- Shelf-Life & Sensory Testing
- Food Safety & Compliance (FSSAI, BIS, HACCP, GMP)
- Process Scale-Up & Standardization
- QA Documentation & Audits
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Conduct trials and evaluate product prototypes to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee shelf-life testing and sensory evaluations for product consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve production efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate QA documentation, ensuring adherence to audit requirements.
- Support the development of packaging and labeling to meet regulatory guidelines.
