Qualification: • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Brewing Science, Fermentation Technology, or Food Technology
Experience: • 4–6 years in Brewing / Beer Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee brewing operations
• Ensure product quality and process efficiency
• Maintain compliance with excise and food safety standards
• Optimize brewing performance and production processes
