Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development (NPD) and project management
- Product improvement and reformulation
- Vendor coordination and development
- Sample management and sensory evaluation
- Shelf-life studies and product validation
- QA & Regulatory support
- Sample dispatch and tracking
- Cross-functional collaboration with QA, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams
- Work on snacks, ready-to-eat, and frozen food products
Executive / Senior Executive – Research & Development (R&D)
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology
- Knowledge of food labeling, lab techniques, GMP, and GHP
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of product development, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies
- Willingness to travel
