We have an urgent opening in the Training & Development Department:
Position: Executive/Senior Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Preferred Background: QSR/CDR/Hospitality/Hotel
Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Programs: Design and implement effective training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.
- Assess Training Needs: Evaluate the training requirements of different departments and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Monitor and Evaluate Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
- Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of training activities, participants, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Department Heads: Work closely with department leaders to identify training opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously update training materials and programs to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
