DFM Foods Limited, one of India’s leading packaged snacks manufacturers, is looking for an Executive – Research & Development to support innovation, product development, and commercialization initiatives.
Qualification: • B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or Food Engineering
Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or Commercialization
Preferred Industry Exposure: • Snacks, Seasonings, Extruded Products, Spices, Convenience Foods • Plant trials and manufacturing environments • Documentation, audits, and record keeping
Key Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end new product development and commercialization • Develop formulations and conduct lab & plant trials • Drive product quality improvements and cost optimization • Prepare technical specifications and maintain development documentation • Coordinate with NABL labs, Marketing, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams • Support vendor development, process validation, and successful product launches
