Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in new product development, formulation, and optimization of food products.
- In-depth knowledge of food science, food chemistry, and food process techniques.
- Proficiency in lab equipment and analytical tools for food test ing and analysis.
- Expertise in formulation recipes, conducting trials, and optimization for food appearance, flavor, texture, and shelf life.
- Understanding of food regulations.
