Executive – Quality
Work Location: Bhopal
Shift: Night Shift (Preferably Male Candidates)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology, OR
- Master’s in a related field
Experience: 0–1 year (preferably in the food industry)
- Implement quality tools and methodologies across processes
- Perform analytical testing of products for quality verification
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including daily reports and SOPs
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production, and finished products
- Perform sensory evaluation, reference sample verification, and process monitoring for every batch
- Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis)and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for any complaints
- Monitor raw material compliance and conduct daily incoming material inspections
- Provide training and support to staff on quality and safety matters
- Identify improvement areas and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Familiarity with ERP systems and daily QC reporting will be an added advantage
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Quality Management Systems – ISO 22000:2018
- GMP, GHP, GSP, and HACCP Guidelines
