Responsibilities:
For Executive – Quality Control:
Ensure the quality standards of products meet company specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout production.
Identify and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of quality control processes and results.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality.
For Executive – R&D:
Develop and improve new snack products, focusing on taste, texture, and nutritional value.
Conduct research to stay ahead of food trends and innovations.
Perform trials and product testing to enhance existing recipes.
Collaborate with production to scale-up new products.
Ensure all products meet safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the dry snacks food industry.
