In this role, you will:
- Inspect and test raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Maintain detailed records and ensure proper calibration of lab equipment
- Support audits, third-party testing, and shelf-life studies
- Collaborate with QA, NPD, and Production teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement and training initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome!)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, lab testing, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
