Location: Dewas
Department: Specialized Analysis – Quality Control
Are you passionate about food safety and advanced an alytical testing? We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Quality Control team!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform specialized testing using ELISA, PCR (GMO detection), HPLC, and GC (mineral oil testing)
- Develop and validate analytical methods in line with food safety & regulatory standards
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment
- Ensure GLP & 5S compliance in the laboratory
- Train and mentor junior analysts in specialized techniques
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced food analysis
- Proficiency in ELISA, PCR, HPLC & GC
- Strong knowledge of GLP, 5S, ISO, and food safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills
