About the Role: In this role, you will lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process for our site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. You will play a vital part in supporting quality system elements, such as documentation control, internal audits, CAPA system management, and consumer complaint handling. Additionally, you’ll coordinate reviews, manage inspections, and drive regulatory compliance in food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards (HACCP) at external manufacturing sites.
Drive improvements in product quality and reduce consumer complaints.
Conduct audits, manage CAPA, and oversee change management processes.
Collaborate with the team to improve quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
Build team capabilities through training and development programs.
What You’ll Bring:
A background in food/dairy technology or food science with relevant experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HALAL, BRC) and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and laboratory management (ISO 17025).
