About the Job
As an Executive Quality Assurance, you will lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site’s quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. Your contributions will ensure excellence in quality and food safety at Mondelēz’s external manufacturing site (Malted Food Division).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end quality and food safety compliance (HACCP) at the external site.
Drive improvements in product quality and reduce consumer complaints through robust quality systems and processes.
Support the consumer complaint reduction agenda and implement sanitation improvements.
Assist with CQV requirements for NPD and capacity projects.
Conduct audits, manage CAPA, and oversee change management at the site.
Build site team capabilities through training programs.
Ensure compliance with HALAL and other regulatory requirements.
What You Will Bring
Experience: Relevant experience in a laboratory or food/dairy manufacturing (2–4 years preferred). Experience in biscuit and chocolate lines is a plus.
Knowledge:
FSSC 22000, QMS/FSMS, and food safety standards (HALAL, BRC).
Laboratory Management (ISO 17025), sanitation, and pest control.
Indian and international standards for utilities and equipment hygiene.
Skills:
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
Strong collaboration, communication, time management, and problem-solv ing skills.
Education: Graduate in Food/Dairy Technology or MSc in Food Science.
