1️⃣ Executive – Quality Assurance (1 Vacancy)
Skills Required:
- FSMS Documentation
- FoSTac Certified
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PPT
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Food Safety Management System (FSMS) documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards.
- Prepare QA reports and support continuous improvement activities.
- Train and create awareness among production staff on food safety practices.
Shift: General
Executive – Quality Control (1 Vacancy)
Skills Required:
- In-Process Quality Control
- CCP & OPRP Monitoring
- Record Keeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor in-process quality parameters across production lines.
- Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Ensure control of Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP).
- Maintain accurate records and support traceability.
- Coordinate with production and QA teams for corrective and preventive actions.
Shift: Rotational
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Qualification: B.Tech Food Technology
Experience: 1–2 Years
