Job Position
Executive – Quality
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Quality & Hygiene Monitoring
- Ensure hygiene and food quality during production
- Monitor personal hygiene and equipment sanitation (knives, cutting boards, etc.)
- Maintain vehicle hygiene
- Follow GMP/GHP standards to minimize waste
🔹 Raw Material & Process Control
- Verify quality of incoming raw materials
- Ensure proper cleaning of raw materials
- Monitor recipe compliance
- Supervise production process from raw material receipt to dispatch
🔹 FSMS Compliance & Audits
- Support implementation of FSMS
- Conduct internal audits
- Ensure SOP and work instruction compliance
- Implement best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
🔹 Training & Team Support
- Conduct training programs to improve employee competency
- Act as Deputy FSTL in absence of the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL)
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Tech in Food Technology
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Science or Food Technology
Experience:
- 6 months – 2 years in Quality Department (Food Quality / Central Kitchen / Food Industry)
