Job Position

Executive – Quality


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Quality & Hygiene Monitoring

  • Ensure hygiene and food quality during production
  • Monitor personal hygiene and equipment sanitation (knives, cutting boards, etc.)
  • Maintain vehicle hygiene
  • Follow GMP/GHP standards to minimize waste

🔹 Raw Material & Process Control

  • Verify quality of incoming raw materials
  • Ensure proper cleaning of raw materials
  • Monitor recipe compliance
  • Supervise production process from raw material receipt to dispatch

🔹 FSMS Compliance & Audits

  • Support implementation of FSMS
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Ensure SOP and work instruction compliance
  • Implement best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma

🔹 Training & Team Support

  • Conduct training programs to improve employee competency
  • Act as Deputy FSTL in absence of the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL)

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • B.Tech in Food Technology
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Science or Food Technology

Experience:

  • 6 months – 2 years in Quality Department (Food Quality / Central Kitchen / Food Industry)
