We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Quality team at Orkla India Ltd., Kota.
Qualification:
- B.Tech in Food Technology
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology
- Or related relevant fields
Experience:
- 0–1 year in Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure implementation of ISO 22000, BRCGS, and HACCP standards.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Maintain documentation related to food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Handle non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and food safety regulations.
- Work on SAP (Material Management) for quality-related transactions.
- Conduct quality and food safety training for plant personnel.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards.
