Position: Executive – Production
Location: Vasanthanarasapura Industrial Area, Tumkuru
Education Qualification:
- B.Sc. Food Technology / B.Tech Food Technology
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Male candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Maintain production records and documentation as per company guidelines
- Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams for seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards
- Support production planning, manpower allocation, and shift management
- Identify process improvements and assist in efficiency enhancement
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets
