Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech. (Food Technology)
Experience:
2–3 Years (Male candidates only)
Key Skills Required:
- Team handling & manpower management
- Decision-making and problem-solving
- ERP system costing & material planning
- Implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Documentation and compliance management
- Proficiency in MS Office & operative software
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines.
- Manage manpower allocation and performance on the production floor.
- Coordinate with the procurement and quality teams for material planning and process optimization.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives for enhanced productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory norms.
