1. Production Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain production schedules and meet output targets
- Coordinate with the Quality and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
2. Quality Control
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain consistent product quality
3. International Trade Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage export documentation and shipment coordination
- Communicate with international clients and distributors
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and market reports
- Explore new markets and support business expansion
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
- 0–1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Proven ability in scaling operations and managing teams
- Excellent communication skills
