We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional for the role of:
Position: Executive – Packaging Development
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Qualification: Postgraduate in Packaging Development
Experience: 6–8 years (FMCG background preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead packaging development projects from concept to commercialization
Evaluate and select materials, vendors, and technologies
Ensure packaging compliance with food safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, procurement, production)
Conduct packaging trials and optimize costs without compromising quality
Drive innovation in packaging to enhance shelf appeal and product integrity
