Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Qualification: Postgraduate in Packaging Development
Experience: 6–8 years (FMCG background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and marketing teams to launch new products
- Evaluate and improve packaging performance across the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Manage packaging trials and validation processes
- Liaise with vendors and stay up-to-date on packaging trends and technologies
