Are you a seasoned hospitality leader passionate about elevating food services and operational excellence?
Deloitte India is looking for an Executive Manager – Food & Beverage Service to oversee end-to-end catering operations across our Hyderabad offices. In this strategic role, you’ll ensure safe, timely, and high-quality food services across cafeterias, QSRs, tuck shops, and meeting room setups — while maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead F&B operations across Deloitte offices
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and timely service
- Manage vendors, staff training, audits, and compliance
- Drive innovation, infrastructure, and continuous improvement in catering services
What You’ll Need:
- Degree/Postgrad in Hotel Management / Catering Technology
- 10+ years of experience in food & beverage/catering leadership
- Strong communication, team management, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of FOSTAC, HACCP, ISO 22000
