About the Role – Executive HSEQ
The Executive – HSEQ plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across vendor kitchens and cafeteria operations. This role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving food safety systems to deliver safe and hygienic food experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute Food Safety Audits as per FSSAI requirements
- Conduct monthly audits including Catering, Base Kitchen & Live Kitchen Audits
- Submit audit reports within 2 working days
- Follow up and close Non-Conformities (NCs) for internal and external audits
- Ensure effective implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Support preparation and execution of external audits
- Conduct trainings as per the Training Calendar and maintain training trackers
- Handle food incidents, conduct RCA & investigation audits, and finalize root causes with evidence
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions
- Coordinate with existing and new clients on HSEQ-related matters
- Support mobilization of new sites by ensuring HSE & QA compliance
- Reduce customer complaints by controlling food safety hazards
- Implement Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in vendor kitchens
- Conduct daily kitchen checks, ensure sanitation & hygiene standards
- Maintain and update food safety & quality records

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology / Microbiology / Hotel Management / Catering Technology
- Preference for candidates with Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000)
- Strong knowledge of FSS Act & Regulations
- Certified Internal Auditor – ISO 22000 / HACCP
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems
- Sector-specific expertise in hygiene, sanitation, process control & allergen management
