We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the position of:
Role: Executive – HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

GoKhana is a full-stack B2B technology company that digitizes and manages corporate cafeteria operations. Our award-winning SaaS platform connects food partners, corporates, and employees through a single, transparent, and easy-to-use system.
Role Overview:
The Executive – HSEQ will ensure that all food vendor partners and cafeteria operations comply with the highest food safety and hygiene standards, in line with FSSAI
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and report Food Safety Audits as per FSSAI requirements
Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Support external audits and food incident investigations
Conduct food safety trainings and maintain records
Coordinate with clients for HSEQ matters
Implement and monitor FSM systems at vendor kitchens
Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or Catering Technology
Preferred: Accredited Lead Auditor Course (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000)
Sound knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, hygiene & allergen management
