About the Role:
GoKhana is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Executive – HSEQ professional to ensure the highest standards of Food Safety and Quality Compliance across its operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute Food Safety Audits as per FSSAI requirements.
Conduct audits across Catering, Base Kitchen, and Live Kitchen sites.
Submit audit reports within 2 working days.
Follow up and ensure closure of NCs (Non-Conformities).
Support external audits and perform root cause analysis.
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology / Microbiology / Hotel Management / Catering Technology.
Accredited Lead Auditor Course in Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000) preferred.
Certified Internal Auditor
Strong knowledge of FSS Act, hygiene, sanitation, allergen management, and food process systems.
Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Management Systems.
