Executive – HSEQ | GoKhana
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Food Safety audits as per FSSAI guidelines – across Base Kitchens, Catering, and Live Kitchens
Submit detailed audit reports within 2 working days
Ensure closure of NCs and support external/internal audits
Deliver training sessions as per calendar and track effectiveness
Handle food incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and suggest CAPA
Support vendor kitchens in FSMS implementation and ensure hygiene & sanitization
Coordinate with clients on all HSEQ matters and support new site mobilizations
Drive reduction in customer complaints through hazard control
Maintain and update all Food Safety & Quality records
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel Management, or Catering Technology
Preferably a certified Lead Auditor (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000)
Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, Hygiene & Allergen Management
Prior experience in Quality & Food Safety Management Systems
