About the Role: Executive – HSEQ
The Executive – HSEQ plays a critical role in ensuring food vendor partners and cafeteria operations comply with all food safety regulations and standards.
This role focuses on implementing, monitoring, and improving food safety protocols to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety across all food handling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Food Safety audits as per (FSSAI) requirements
- Conduct monthly audits and customized audits across:
- Catering Units
- Base Kitchens
- Live Kitchens
- Submit audit reports within 2 working days
- Follow up on non-conformity (NC) closures for internal and external audits
- Ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
- Support preparation for external audits
- Conduct training as per Training Calendar and maintain monthly reporting tracker
- Handle food incidents including:
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Investigation audits
- Evidence-based reporting
- Recommend CAPA to prevent recurrence
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions
- Coordinate with existing and new clients for HSEQ-related matters
- Support mobilization of new sites ensuring adherence to HSE & QA processes
- Reduce customer complaints by implementing strong food safety hazard controls
- Implement FSM systems in vendor kitchens through daily checks
- Ensure sanitization and hygiene standards are maintained
- Maintain and update food safety and quality records
Educational Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Food Science & Technology
- Microbiology
- Hotel Management
- Catering Technology
- Accredited Lead Auditor certification in:
- (preferred)
- Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 22000 / HACCP
- Strong knowledge of:
- FSS Act & Regulations
- Hygiene & Sanitary Practices
- Process Knowledge
- Allergen Management
- Quality & Food Safety Management Systems
