About the Role
The Executive FSQR will drive internal collaboration across policies, standards, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with teams to support audits, customer specifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections of finished and in-process goods
Analyze defect trends & conduct root cause analysis
Support compliance audits & customer quality requirements
Coordinate food safety, regulatory, and laboratory programs
Ensure EHS training & new procedure implementation
Provide training, coaching & mentoring to team members
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Willingness to be based in Krishnapatnam
Preferred:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• SAP experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Change management exposure in an industrial setting
