Open Positions & Responsibilities:
- Floor Manager (Production)
Supervise daily production operations and ensure efficiency.
Coordinate with teams to meet production targets.
Maintain safety and hygiene standards on the production floor.
- Dispatch Manager
Manage the logistics and timely dispatch of finished goods.
Ensure proper inventory management for shipments.
Liaise with transport providers to optimize delivery schedules.
- Quality Control Manager
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control protocols.
Investigate and address quality issues to ensure product excellence.
- Data Analyst
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Support teams with insights on operational performance.
- Store Manager
Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with standards.
Job Details:
Location: On-site, Mawal, Pune
Qualification: B.Tech DT / DD / Food Technology
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years
Requirement: Dairy experience is a must
