1. Operational Excellence Lead
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the noodle industry
- Salary: Negotiable
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical with Six Sigma certification
- Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and improve operational processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and efficiency
2. IT Executive
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Salary: Negotiable
- Qualification: BCA/MCA
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure
- Ensure data security and manage backups
- Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with other departments to implement technology solutions
3. R&D Associate
- Experience: 2-3 years in the noodle industry
- Salary: Negotiable
- Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new noodle recipes and variants
- Conduct research to improve product quality and shelf life
- Collaborate with production teams to scale new products
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regula tory standards
