We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions:
1. Assistant Manager Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of all production equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide training as needed.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Maintenance Management within the Noodle Industry.
Qualification:
- B. Tech/J.E.
Salary:
- Negotiable
2. Assistant Manager Production
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor production staff to achieve organizational goals.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Noodle Industry.
Qualification:
- B. Tech/B.E.
Salary:

3. Mechanical Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in the production facility.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical systems.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to address mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Noodle Industry.
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Salary:

4. Quality Shift In-charge
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality control process during your shift to ensure product standards are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency.
- Train and guide the quality control team to adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry.
Qualification:
- B. Tech in Food Technology.

5. Senior In-charge Stores
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Salary: Negotiable
- Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock management and inventory control.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of stock.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receiving, issuing, and storing goods.
- Implement and monitor safety and security procedures within the store.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
6. Packing Operator
- Experience: 2-3 years (Noodle Industry)
- Salary: Negotiable
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on packing equipment.
- Ensure that all packed products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly packing targets.
7. Accounts Assistant
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Salary: Negotiable
- Qualification: B. Com, should have knowledge of Tally
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash accounts.
- Utilize Tally software to record and manage financial transactions.
- Support the finance team with audits, budgeting, and financial analysis.
