DIAGEO India – Senior Executive – Quality
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join DIAGEO India as a Senior Executive in Quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in quality control within our distilleries, breweries, beverages, and food industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality monitoring throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
Oversee quality control, incoming materials, and packaging, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Maintain records and update SAP systems regularly.
Implement GMP/GLP, GSP, and GHP, as well as 5S, across premises.
Conduct internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQiIP.
Ensure compliance with authorities like FSSAI, LMR, and Excise.
Perform analysis of raw materials and packaging materials.
Provide training to shop floor workers and promote a quality culture across the unit.
Handle communication with vendors regarding rejections and quality issues.
Requirements:
A Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT.
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG (Distilleries/Breweries/Beverages/Food industries).
Hands-on experience in lab analysis techniques and calibration.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of QMS and FSMS.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Street-smart with quick learning and a proactive attitude.
