We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager (Quality Assurance) for our Nagaur location in Rajasthan. Below are the eligibility criteria and responsibilities for the position:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Candidate should be from the Food industry.
- Qualification: BSc or BSc (Food Technology).
- Candidate should be from a location near Nagaur or be willing to relocate to Nagaur.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Analyze product quality data and generate reports for management review.
- Handle customer complaints and work on corrective actions.
- Ensure proper training and development of team members on quality control standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product quality meets company specifications.
