Position: Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance
Location: Rajagiriya
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Food Safety Management System in line with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC standards
- Conduct food safety audits at production facilities and outlets
- Plan and deliver food safety training programs for food handlers
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations
- Collaborate with SBU managers and sales teams to drive continuous quality improvement
- Manage and monitor export food safety and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology (Special Degree)
- Minimum 4 years’ managerial experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety
- FSSC 22000 V5.1 Lead Auditor certification
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication, auditing, and teamwork skills
