We’re Hiring: Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Location: Greater Noida
Anmol Industries Limited is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Deputy Manager – PPC to join our Biscuits Manufacturing Division.
This is a critical role where you’ll ensure efficient production schedules, material management, and on-time delivery – keeping everything running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage daily/weekly/monthly production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
- Ensure timely availability of materials & packaging, resolve shortages, and track WIP.
- Maintain MIS reports, analyze KPIs, and lead cost & waste optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, QA, logistics, sales, and marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Food Tech/Operations Management.
- 6–10 years’ experience in PPC or supply chain (FMCG/food processing preferred).
- Hands-on with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Tally), advanced Excel & PPC tools.
- Strong in analytics, coordination, and problem-solving.
